What if I need a dermatologist?
glowithN is cosmetic science guidance, not medical treatment. If something needs a dermatologist, I'll tell you and point you to one.
Can I reschedule or get a refund?
Payments aren't refundable, but you can reschedule once if you let me know at least 24 hours before. Please book at least 48 hours ahead. I'll hold your slot for 24 hours while your payment comes through.
Do teens need a parent present?
Teen services are for ages 13 to 18 and need a parent or guardian's consent. Parents are very welcome to join the call too.
When will I get my written plan?
Your written plan arrives 3 to 4 working days after our call. Comprehensive routines and pre-wedding plans can take up to a week, and I'll give you a heads-up if so.
